Get Premium
The Linux app comes with Browsec Premium. Buy a plan first. The package is free, and one plan covers up to 5 devices.

Download the package
Get the .deb for Ubuntu or Debian (x64) from the cards above. If GitHub is blocked where you are, use a mirror.

Install the package
Double-click the file to open it in your software center, or run sudo apt install ./browsec-desktop_*.deb in a terminal from the download folder. apt installs any missing dependencies automatically.

Sign in and connect
Launch Browsec from the applications menu, log in with your Premium account, pick a location and click Connect.

Download the .deb package from this page. Double-click it to install through your software center, or open a terminal in the download folder and run sudo apt install ./browsec-desktop_*.deb. apt installs any missing dependencies automatically. How do I turn on the VPN on Linux?
Open the Browsec app and click Connect. You don't need the terminal for this. To switch servers, click the current location and pick another one from the list of 46 locations. The list shows live ping: the lower the number, the faster that server is for you. To turn the VPN off, click Disconnect.
Which Linux distributions does Browsec support?
The .deb package is built for Ubuntu and Debian on 64-bit (x64) processors. There's no .rpm or AUR package yet, so on Fedora, Arch and other distributions you can protect your browser with the Browsec extension for Chrome or Firefox. A build for ARM64 devices is in development.
